Dr Judith Greenland is a Psychiatrist who provides holistic mental health care to the local Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens communities in the Hunter region of New South Wales.

Following the completion of her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2011, Dr Judith Greenland undertook Psychiatry Training in South Eastern Sydney and Hunter New England Local Health Districts. During her training she was President of the Registrar Cohort, and was awarded Registrar of the Year.

In 2017, Dr Judith Greenland completed a postgraduate Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) degree at the University of Sydney, and achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) in 2020. She has completed her Advanced Training in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, and also has a special interest in Older Person’s Mental Health.

Dr Judith Greenland has an interest in teaching and is a Conjoint Fellow with the University of Newcastle with ongoing roles as a lecturer and tutor for medical students and junior doctors. She is an accredited Supervisor with the RANZCP, and an examiner for both the University of Newcastle and RANZCP.

Dr Judith Greenland has worked as a Staff Specialist Psychiatrist in Hunter New England Health, with roles in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Service, and the Specialist Older Person’s Mental Health Team.
